We have had a busy month in the new studio. We celebrated our first birthday cake smash with Norah.
We gave Norah sometime to warm up to me as this was our first time meeting. Honestly at first she was unsure about visiting the studio and me. She soon warmed up to me and we had a great little portrait session before we brought out the cake.
We played several songs to get her to smile, however Norah’s grandma’s dance moves did the trick as you can see below. Grandma did not disappoint and shook her groove thang! A huge shout out to grandma for all her help.
I then brought out the cake. Norah was not a huge fan at first and this is normal. Many times our little ones have never tried anything sweet or given a entire cake before. This was a first for Norah. Mom and grandma showed Norah how to dip her finger in the cake and then mom told Norah how delicious this cake was, Thank you Frick’s Market Bakery in Union, Mo. You did not disappoint. Your delicious whipped chocolate cake was definitely a hit. Honestly the cakes from Frick’s Market in Union, Mo. have been a fan favorite for many of our little ones.
