Thank you for supporting me in my business in 2022. This is my 9th year in business and my first year without my daughter full time. It was definitely an adjustment. I have had several of my clients ask if Danielle will continue to be helping me at Rekart Photography. The short answer is yes! Danielle and Chase both worked my 2022 wedding season. 2023 will look a little different. Danielle and Chase have opened their own photography business. I wish them both success! I am very proud of Danielle and I know she will give her clients the best she knows how. With this being said, Danielle and Chase will be back working Rekart Photography 2023 wedding season. However with this being said, They are also offering couples and weddings so in the off chance they have a wedding I will be bringing in a second photographer. I will also be only taking a handful of weddings. I will be offering more Belly Bumps to Babies and Children Portraits.
Kelsey and Ryan had the opportunity to talk to the owner of the tree farm in Hermann when they went for their annual Pumpkin picking. I am so happy they did! The tree farm is just starting and I hope to offer these to my clients next year. I will keep you all posted.
Our little baby Grinchy was absolutely adorable. I owe this to those of you who tagged my in this outfit. I put my own spin on things and I have to say she modeled my outfit perfectly. I thank you for sharing and tagging me in items you find and want to see in our studio.
Next is our cookie’s & milk session. I wanted an alternative to our Christmas Cranberry session. This was super fun and our littles truly enjoyed playing in milk and cookies. Let me be honest, My milk sessions are not at all pure whole milk. This is a goats milk, coconut milk mixture. My clients are not sitting in this long. Also when we do our cranberry sink or bowl sessions I have parents standing right beside their kiddo and watching that no cranberries are choked on. SAFETY is my #1 priority!
What is taking place in the studio? Rekart Photography has closed the calendar for 2022. I am be booked solid and will be finishing all sessions on the calendar & completing all galleries. Once these are done I will be spending much needed time with my family.

Basic Camera Class
Are you getting a camera for Christmas? Do you have a Camera and want to dust the cobwebs off of it and learn how to use it? I will be teaching a Basic Camera Class on Saturday January 7th 10:00 am-noon. This class is for beginners. This will be in our warm cozy studio with natural light and artificial light. No triggers needed.
